Guest chooses how to receive their photo: text, email, or QR code / skip.

If text or email is chosen: guest enters their contact info.
Optional Registration
If enabled, a SEPARATE prompt appears — clearly identifying the host — asking the guest if they'd like to join the host's contact list (yes/no).
Instant Delivery
Guest receives their photo immediately.
Host Receives Data
Event host receives an organized export of opted-in contacts after the event.

Guest Consent Is Always Clear and Voluntary
- The photo-delivery screen is separate from the contact-sharing prompt.
- Guests who don't want to share information can still receive their photos.
- The opt-in prompt clearly identifies the event host by name.
- A link to DEMM's privacy policy is displayed on screen.
- DEMM does not add guests to DEMM's own marketing list.
- The event host is responsible for their use of collected contacts.
EVENTS WITH LIMITED CONNECTIVITY
What Happens Without Internet?
- The photo booth can operate in offline mode
- Guest contact info is stored locally and synced when connectivity is restored
- Photos can be delivered via QR code (no internet required for the guest to access)
- For events with no internet at all, CSV export is still available post-event after sync
- DEMM will confirm connectivity requirements and backup plans during event planning

Pricing and What's Included
- The guest-registration feature is included with qualifying corporate event packages
- CRM setup, custom integration work, and marketing services are separate
- A custom quote is prepared for each event based on event type, guest count, hours, and features

Does every guest have to share their information to get their photo?+
No. Sharing contact information is always voluntary. Every guest receives their photo regardless.
Who receives the guest contact list after the event?+
The event host who booked the service receives the CSV export of opted-in contacts. DEMM does not use this list for its own marketing.
What if a guest asks to be removed from the list after the event?+
For removal from DEMM's systems, contact us directly. For removal from the event host's list, contact the event host. We provide full guidance in our privacy policy.
Is the lead-capture feature available for all event types?+
It is currently configured for corporate events, networking events, brand activations, nonprofit galas, and similar business-focused events. It is not typically configured for weddings or personal celebrations.
How many contacts can realistically be collected at an event?+
We cannot predict how many guests will choose to opt in — that depends on the event, the guests, and how the experience is presented. We do not make promises about opt-in rates. What we can control is making the experience smooth, the prompts clear, and the consent language transparent.
